Using Ryver with your team is a great way to have immediate and real time conversations among people in an organization. Ryver also makes it easy to invite people outside the organization to participate in discussions, while you can manage what they see. You can also share files in Ryver and users within and organization can create their own forums. Ryver allows users to invite members outside of the organization to their forums, however the invited members outside of the organization do not have the same access that members of the organization have.
